This site is a tool for student leaders and volunteers to use in preparation for every brigade and project. Throughout this website, you will find instructions on everything from founding a chapter on your campus to recruiting volunteers, from holding information sessions to preparing for your brigade. This Volunteer Resource Site, in combination with your Program Advisor, will be the ultimate resource in establishing your chapter, and planning for a brigade. For general information on Global Brigades and the nine Global Brigades programs, see the main website at

What is a Chapter Leader?

A Chapter Leader is the club president who is working to start a Global Brigades chapter on their campus or is coordinating a brigade for an already existing Global Brigades Chapter. If this sounds like your position, you have been assigned a Chapter Advisor who will help you through your brigade planning process. Each advisor coordinates the student and community relations for their program and is the main point of contact for Chapter Leaders.

As you work with your Advisor in planning your brigade, please also refer to the Step By Step Guide for Chapter Leaders. Click Here for Chapter Leader Step By Step Guide.

Having trouble contacting your advisor? Reach out Christie George, Director of Student Affairs, for support: gro.sedagirblabolg|egroeg.eitsirhc#gro.sedagirblabolg|egroeg.eitsirhc
